Draft Report on GE's Proposed Transportation & Disposal Plan for Rest of River

Weston & Sampson has completed a draft report for the Town of Lenox on General Electric's proposed Transportation and Disposal Plan for the Housatonic Rest of River remediation project. Pursuant to the voter's approval of Article 4 of the Warrant for the November 30, 2023 Special Town Meeting, this draft report is being made available to the public prior to EPA's February 1, 2024 public comment deadline. This report is now available for public inspection in the Town Clerk's office, the Lenox Library, the Town Manager's office, and the Town of Lenox website.
