Upcoming ZBA Hearings: Blantyre, 55 Pittsfield Road Marijuana Retail Establishment, etc.

To be held in Lilac Park and Roche Reading Park

The Zoning Board of Appeals will hear the following continued petitions outdoors in the coming weeks so as to safely accomodate social distancing requirements: 

Blantyre, Special Permit hearing, continued from March 4th will be held in Lilac Park on Monday, July 20th @ 7:00 p.m. A site visit will precede the hearing at 4:00 p.m. 

55 Pittsfield Road, Special Permit and Site Plan Review hearing for an Adult Use Retail Marijuana Retail Establishment, will be held at 7:00 p.m. in Roche Reading Park. A site visit will precede the hearing at 4:30 p.m. 

29 Kemble Street, Special Permit hearing, will be held on July 29th at Roche Reading Park at 7:00 p.m.

46 Sargent Brook Road, Special Permit hearing, will be held on July 29th at Roche Reading Park at 7:00 p.m.
