Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear the application for a Special Permit for exception from Section 9.2 of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw to convert a portion of existing habitable space in the existing structure into an attached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) at 74 King William Road (Map 28, Parcel 61 in the Assessors Records) owned by Sharon and Phillip Cooper. The property is within the R-1A zoning district. The hearing will take place on July 5th at 7:00 p.m. at Lenox Town Hall. Copies of the petition are available at Lenox Town Hall during regular business hours or on the Lenox website on the Zoning Board of Appeals page.
