7 School Street —Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that on March 20, 2024 the Lenox ZBA will hear the petition of Diane and Jerome Thorson for property at 7 School Street (Map 39, Parcel 42) in the R15 Residential Zoning District. The petitioners are seeking a special permit that will allow them to convert an existing structure on the property into an Accessory Dwelling Unit, which meets the standard pursuant to Section 9.2.3 of the Zoning bylaw. The petition is on file with the Lenox Town Clerk for viewing during normal business hours, and on the Town of Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals website.
