Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear the petition of PVI Lenox Village LLC for a Special Permit for exception under Section 5.2.F.N and Section 8.1 of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw to allow for a one-unit/tourist home/guest house on the second floor of the property located at 17 Housatonic Street (Map 43, Parcel 178-I) on July 5th at 7 p.m. in the evening at Lenox Town Hall. The intent is to maintain the first floor of the building as a commercial space. Copies of the petition are available for review at Lenox Town Hall during normal business hours or on the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals website (www.townoflenox.com/zoning-board-appeal).
