Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for a Variance from Section 6.1.1 “Table of Dimensional Requirements” of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw for the property at 6, 8, 9, 10 and 11 Hynes Street, owned Linda Shafiroff, in the “R1A” zoning district (Map 43, Parcel 137 & 138) on September 30, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. The Variance is to create five (5) individual parcels for 6, 8, 9, 10 & 11 Hynes Street with relief sought for area, maximum lot coverage, setback and frontage. Log-in information will be available at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting on the Town of Lenox website (www.townoflenox.com). Comments may be submitted to the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals via landuse@townoflenox.com. Copies of the petition and other materials are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
