Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for a Variance from Section 9.2 “Accessory Dwelling Units” of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw for the property of Richard & Emile Goudey at 52 Delafield Drive (Map 8, Parcel 114) located within the Residential “R1A” zoning district in Lenox, on April 17th, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in Lenox Town Hall (6 Walker Street). The applicant seeks to allow the existing in-law space to add a stove and allow for an Accessory Dwelling Unit. Copies of the Petition are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
