Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will reconsider a Special Permit for the property at 16 Blantyre Road (Map 4, Parcel 75) owned by Blantyre Hotel Ventures LLC in the Residential “R1A” district on September 16th, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. Log-in information will be available at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting on the Town of Lenox website (www.townoflenox.com). Comments may be submitted to the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals via gmiller@townoflenox.com. Copies of the petition and other materials are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
