Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for renewal of a Special Permit granted October 14, 2015 from Section 10.3.12 “Wireless Telecommunications Overlay District” of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw for the property at 90 Pittsfield Road, owned by GSA IV LLC/Sumer LLC, in the “C-3A” zoning district (Map 22, Parcel 38 & 39) on October 21, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. The petition is to request a renewal of the special use permit granted October 14, 2015. No changes shall be made to the site plan or towner during the time period of this renewal. Log-in information will be available at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting on the Town of Lenox website (www.townoflenox.com). Comments may be submitted to the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals via landuse@townoflenox.com. Copies of the petition and other materials are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
