Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a petition for Site Plan Approval (Section 3.5 of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw) for the property at 90 Pittsfield Road owned by Lenox Fit in the Commercial “C-3A” zoning district (Map 22, Parcel 39) in Lenox on May 1, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in Lenox Town Hall (6 Walker Street). The Site Plan Approval petition is to allow for the temporary location of a mobile eating establishment for non-alcoholic beverages and snacks on the subject property. Copies of the petition are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
