Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a petition for a Variance (Section 6.1.1 of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw) for the property at 8 Maple Street owned by Oren Cass in the “R15” zoning district (Map 46, Parcel 45) in Lenox on June 5, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in Lenox Town Hall (6 Walker Street). The Variance petition is to allow for the renovation of the third floor (currently unfinished attic accessed by stairway) of an existing single family dwelling. Copies of the petition are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
