Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for a Special Permit from Section 5.3.3 “Nonconforming Structures” and Section 5.3.5 “Nonconforming Single-Family and Two-Family Residential Structures for the property at 8 Brunell Ave, owned by Richard and Kathleen Leitermann, in the “R15” zoning district (Map 42, Parcel 38) on March 16, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. The Special Permit is for the removal of existing garage including foundation and reconstruction of garage and mudroom to incorporate an additional 10’x24’ addition on the front. Log-in information will be available at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting on the Town of Lenox website (www.townoflenox.com). Comments may be submitted to the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals via landuse@townoflenox.com. Copies of the petition and other materials are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
