Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for a Special Permit from Section 7.1.8.8(b) “Parking Design Standards” of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw for the property 73 Delafield Drive, owned by Giovanna Fessenden, in the “R-1A” zoning district (Map 8, Parcel 133) on June 1, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at Lenox Town Hall, 6 Walker Street, Lenox, MA 01240. The Special Permit is for the construction of a second curb cut on the property. Comments may be submitted to the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals via landuse@townoflenox.com. Copies of the petition and other materials are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
