Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a petition for a Special Permit (Section 5.3.3 of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw) for the property at 70 Dunmore Court owned by Herbert Kantor in the “R-1A” zoning district (Map 8, Parcel 6) in Lenox on May 15, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in Lenox Town Hall (6 Walker Street). The Special Permit petition is to allow for the reconstruction and extension of a pre-existing, non-conforming deck. Copies of the petition are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
