Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for a Special Permit for the property at 60 Willow Creek Road (Map 9, Parcel 5 & 6), located within the Industrial “I” zoning district in Lenox, on April 3rd, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. in Lenox Town Hall (6 Walker Street). The Special Permit petition seeks to demolish and remove an existing non-conforming building (a former sawmill) located approximately 14.5 feet from the street line, and seeks to construct a new garage which will be approximately 15 feet from the property line. Copies of the Petition are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
