Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for a Special Permit from Section 5.3.5 “Nonconforming Single-Family and Two-Family Residential Structures” and 5.3.7 “Reconstruction after Catastrophe or Demolition” of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw for the property at 56 Cliffwood Street, owned by Thomas and Linda Petrocine, in the “R-30” zoning district (Map 46, Parcel 64) on December 2, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. The Special permit is to allow for demolition of a pre-existing, nonconforming single-family accessory garage and the construction of a storage shed in a new location that is less non-conforming. Log-in information will be available at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting on the Town of Lenox website (www.townoflenox.com). Comments may be submitted to the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals via landuse@townoflenox.com. Copies of the petition and other materials are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
