Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a petition for a Site Plan approval from Section 3.5 “Site Plan Approval in the C-1A and C-3A Zones” and a Variance from Section 6.1.1 “Table of Dimensional Requirements” of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw for the property at 55 Pittsfield Road, owned by Lenox Commons Holdings, LLC, in the “C3A” zoning district (Map 17, Parcel 40) on May 4, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom. The Site Plan Approval and Variance is to allow the installation of eight (8) Telsa Supercharger (EV Charger) with associated support equipment and utility transformer within the street line setback of Route 7&20. Comments may be submitted to the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals via landuse@townoflenox.com. Copies of the petition and other materials are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
