Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for a Special Permit from Section 10.2 “Gateway Mixed Use Development Overlay District” with specific reference to Section 10.2.4 of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw for the property at 55 Pittsfield Road, owned by BHG Group, LLC, in the “C3A” zoning district (Map 17, Parcel 40-2) in Lenox on April 6, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lenox Town Hall, 6 Walker Street, Lenox MA 01240. The Special Permit is to allow for operation of a restaurant/brewpub. The applicant also requests a waiver pursuant to Section 10.2.17 from all submission requirements required for a new mixed-use development as the development is fully constructed and Petitioner is requesting to continue the use of the existing building as a restaurant and brewpub. Comments may be submitted to the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals via landuse@townoflenox.com.
