Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for a Special Permit from Section 10.2 “Gateway Mixed Use Development Overlay District” with specific reference to Section 10.2.4 of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw for the property at 55 Pittsfield Road, owned by BHG Group, LLC, in the “C3A” zoning district (Map 17, Parcel 40-2) in Lenox on September 1, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom. The Special Permit is to allow for operation of a Professional Office, specifically a Veterinary Office. The applicant also requests a waiver pursuant to Section 10.2.17 from all submission requirements required for a new mixed-use development. Log-in information will be available at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting on the Town of Lenox website (www.townoflenox.com). Comments may be submitted to the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals via landuse@townoflenox.com.
