Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for a Special Permit from Section 8.4.4(2) “Short-Term Rental of Residential Properties” of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw for the property at 51 Church Street, Unit A, owned by PVI Lenox Village, in the “C” zoning district (Map 43, Parcel 178) on October 7, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. The Special Permit is to allow for an additional 35 days of Short-Term Rentals. Log-in information will be available at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting on the Town of Lenox website (www.townoflenox.com). Comments may be submitted to the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals via landuse@townoflenox.com. Copies of the petition and other materials are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
