Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for a Special Permit from Section 5.3.3 “Nonconforming Structures” of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw for the property at 49 Cliffwood Street, owned by Jason Weiner, in the “R-30” zoning district (Map 46, Parcel 6) on March 3, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. The Special Permit is for the removal and reconstruction of a new tennis court including fencing.  Log-in information will be available at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting on the Town of Lenox website (www.townoflenox.com). Comments may be submitted to the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals via landuse@townoflenox.com. Copies of the petition and other materials are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
