Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a petition for Site Plan Approval from Section 3.5 “Site Plan Approval in the C-1A and C-3A Zones”, amendment to a Special Permit under sections 8.6 “Planned Unit Commercial Development” and 3.4.2 “Criteria” for expansion of the commercial development, and amendment to a special permit for exception under Section 7.1.7 “Reduction of Parking Requirements and 3.4.2 “Criteria” both originally issued June 24, 2010 and recently amended April 10, 2019, for property at 489 Pittsfield Road, owned by MEC Lenox Associates Limited Partnership, in the “C-1A” zoning district (Map 33, Parcel 4) on Lenox on June 16th, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. Petitioner seeks to: modify existing Special Permits and Site Plan to improve The Center at Lenox by expansion of the shopping center and new parking layout. Comments may be submitted to the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals via landuse@townoflenox.com.
