Notice is hereby given that on June 17th at 7:00 p.m., the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Special Permit petition to allow for a 35-day extension of the Short-Term Rental of an entire dwelling at 46 Sargent Brook Road in Lenox, also known as Map 1, Parcel 27, in the “R-1A” zoning district, pursuant to Section 8.4.4.2 of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw. This petition is available for review on the Town of Lenox website: www.townoflenox.com 24/7. Comments regarding the petition may be sent to gmiller@townoflenox.com. If at the time of this hearing Town Hall remains closed or there remains a limit as to how many individuals may gather together at one time, this hearing will be continued or held virtually. Details will be poste at www.townoflenox.com within 48 hours of said hearing.
