Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a request from Lee Kohlenburger, Jr, owner of Berkshire Dogs Unleashed, to modify the site plan of his business located at 439 Pittsfield Road (Map 33, Parcel 1-2) in the C-1A zoning district on February 2 2022 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. The petitioner initially received site plan approval in 2020 and seeks clarified performance standards and/or conditions on the operation of a doggie daycare/kennel in that location. Log-in information will be available at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting on the Town of Lenox website (www.townoflenox.com). Comments may be submitted to the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals via landuse@townoflenox.com. Copies of the petition and other materials are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
