Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for a Special Permit from Section 8.14 “Adult Use Marijuana (Non-Medical)” of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw as well as site plan approval for the property at 439 Pittsfield Road, owned by 439 Pittsfield Road, LLC, in the “C1A” zoning district (Map 33, Parcel 1-2) in Lenox on December 2, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. The Special Permit is to allow for the establishment and operation of an adult use marijuana retail sale facility. Log-in information will be available at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting on the Town of Lenox website (www.townoflenox.com). Comments may be submitted to the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals via landuse@townoflenox.com. Copies of the petition and other materials are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
