Public Hearing Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals will hear the petition of David and Sandra Belda for a Special Permit under Section 5.3.5 of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw, “Nonconforming Uses and Structures” to construct an addition to the existing single-family home that falls within the eastern lot line setback at 42 West Street (Map 43, Parcel 44). The new addition will also be in the setback.  This property is in the R-15 zoning district. The hearing will take place on November 16th, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in Lenox Town Hall at 6 Walker Street, Lenox, MA 01240.  The petition is available in the Office of Town Clerk between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday for review or on the Town of Lenox (www.townoflenox.com) website 24/7.
