Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a request from Brian and Kimberly Duval of 41 Tucker Street to enlarge an existing side deck along the single-family home located at 41 Tucker Street (Map 18, Parcel 44) on December 1, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom. The side deck was originally approved via Special Permit in July 2020; the now constructed side deck is larger than previously approved by approximately 30 (thirty) feet. The petitioners seek approval from the Zoning Board of Appeals through Section 6.1.1, “Table of Dimensional Requirements” and Section 3.1.1, “Permit Required” of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw. Log-in information will be available at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting on the Town of Lenox website (www.townoflenox.com). Comments may be submitted to the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals via landuse@townoflenox.com. Copies of the petition and other materials are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
