Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for a Special Permit from Section 7.1.8.8(b) “Parking Design Standards” of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw for the property at 383 Housatonic Street, owned by PLH Vineyard Sky LLC, in the “R-1A” zoning district (Map 8, Parcel 96) on May 4, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom. The Special Permit is for the construction of a second curb cut on the property. Log-in information will be available at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting on the Town of Lenox website (www.townoflenox.com). Comments may be submitted to the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals via landuse@townoflenox.com.
