Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for a Special Permit from Section 9.2.2 “Accessory Dwelling Unit” and a Variance from Section 9.2.3 “Accessory Dwelling Units Standards” of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw for the property at 38 Taconic Avenue, owned by Christopher & Veronica Fenton, in the “R15” zoning district (Map 46, Parcel 24) on May 4, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom. The Variance is for the construction accessory dwelling unit above a garage which will be 900 square feet. Log-in information will be available at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting on the Town of Lenox website (www.townoflenox.com). Comments may be submitted to the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals via landuse@townoflenox.com. Copies of the petition and other materials are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
