On December 21st at 7:00 p.m. at Lenox Town Hall (6 Walker Street, Lenox, MA 01240) the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear the petition of McGee Automotive Family for a luxury car dealership to be located at 374, 384, 388 Pittsfield Road and 11 New Lenox Road (Map 49, Lots 18, 19, 20, & 21) in the Commercial C-1A zoning district. The petitioner seeks Site Plan Approval under Section 3.5 of the Zoning Bylaw; a Special Permit for an auto dealership pursuant to Section 5.2 (15) and (16); a Special Permit for relief from Section 7.7.1 parking requirements; a Special Permit pursuant to Section 5.3.2 for expansion of a pre-existing, non-conforming parking lot; a Special Permit under 5.3.3 and 5.3.7 to demolish and replace five pre-existing, non-conforming buildings with two more conforming buildings; and Variance from the Table of Dimensional Requirements (Section 6.1.1).
