Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for extension of a Special Permit originally granted for the property at 305 Walker Street (Map 4, Parcel 12), located within the Residential “R-1A” zoning district in Lenox, on April 3rd, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in Lenox Town Hall (6 Walker Street). The original Special Permit was granted in 2013 and renewed in 2015 and 2017. It allows for the construction of a single-family home on a non-conforming lot. Copies of the Petition are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
