Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for a Variance from Section 6.1.1 of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw for the property at 3 Brunell Avenue, owned by Smitty Pignatelli, in the “R15” zoning district (Map 42, Parcel 40) in Lenox on July 17, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in Lenox Town Hall (6 Walker Street). The Variance would allow for the construction of a two car garage which would extend 11 feet into the side yard setback. Copies of the petition are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
