Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for a Special Permit from Section 8.4.4(2) “Short-Term Rental of Residential Properties” of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw for the property at 29 Kemble Street, owned by Gregg Carlo & Lisa Bebell, in the “R1A” zoning district (Map 40, Parcel 42) in Lenox on March 4, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in Lenox Town Hall (6 Walker Street). The Special Permit is to allow for an additional 35 days of Short-Term Rentals. Copies of the petition are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
