Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for a Special Permit from Section 6.1.11 “Lots in the C-3A District” and a Variance from Section 6.1.1 “Table of Dimensional Requirements” of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw for the property at 257 Pittsfield Road, owned by Paul and Victoria Duma, in the “C-3A” zoning district (Map 27, Parcel 44) on February 3, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. The Special Permit is for relief from the 75’ street line setback and the Variance is for relief from the 30’ lot line setback of. Log-in information will be available at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting on the Town of Lenox website (www.townoflenox.com). Comments may be submitted to the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals via landuse@townoflenox.com. Copies of the petition and other materials are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
