Zoning Board of Appeals

Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for a Special Permit from Section 9.3.2 “Lots not Meeting Yard Area Requirement” and section 5.3.3 “nonconforming Structures” of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw for the property 213 Main Street, owned by Lisa Wendell and Kenneth Fishman, in the “R-1A” zoning district (Map 17, Parcel 26) on June 1, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at Lenox Town Hall, 6 Walker Street, Lenox, MA 01240. The Special Permits are for (1) the construction of a 28’x30’ two-car garage in the side yard setbacks and (2) the construction of a greenhouse attached to the home within the side yard setback. Comments may be submitted to the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals via landuse@townoflenox.com. Copies of the petition and other materials are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
