Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear the Special Permit modification petition of Thomas and Susan Werman for Stonover Farm at 169 Under Mountain Road (Map 11, Parcel 9-1) on Wednesday, September 1st at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom. The petitioner seeks to increase the number of weddings at their inn in the R-1A zone. Log-in information will be available at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting on the Town of Lenox website (www.townoflenox.com). Comments may be submitted to the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals via landuse@townoflenox.com.
