Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for a Variance from Section 6.1.1 “Table of Dimensional Requirements” and 6.1.6 “Lots Abutting Multiple Streets” for the property at 139 Lime Kiln Road, owned by Debra Chudnow, in the “R1A” zoning district (Map 27, Parcel 18) on October 20, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. The Variance is to place 163 square feet of a 480 square foot garage within the 35 foot front yard setback. Log-in information will be available at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting on the Town of Lenox website (www.townoflenox.com). Comments may be submitted to the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals via landuse@townoflenox.com. Copies of the petition and other materials are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
