Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for a Special Permit from Section 5.3.3.1 “Non-Conforming Structures” of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw for the property at 132 Lime Kiln Road, owned by Carolyn & Eli Newberger, in the “R1A” zoning district (Map 27, Parcel 34) on October 21, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. The Special Permit is to allow for an addition built between two buildings to create one unified structure. Log-in information will be available at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting on the Town of Lenox website (www.townoflenox.com). Comments may be submitted to the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals via landuse@townoflenox.com. Copies of the petition and other materials are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
