Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for a Special Permit from Section 5.3.5 “Nonconforming Single-Family and Two-Family Residential Structures” of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw for the property at 130 Cliffwood Street, owned by Mathew and Mary Lo, in the “R1A” zoning district (Map 17, Parcel 17) on September 16, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. The Special Permit is to allow for renovations of a single-family dwelling which will increase the non-conformity. Log-in information will be available at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting on the Town of Lenox website (www.townoflenox.com). Comments may be submitted to the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals via landuse@townoflenox.com. Copies of the petition and other materials are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
