Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals will hear the petition of Mathew and Mary Lo for a Special Permit under Section 5.3.5 of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw, “Nonconforming Uses and Structures” to relocate a previously approved carport closer to the southern property line at their property on 130 Cliffwood Street (Map 17, Parcel 17). This property is in the R1A zoning district. The hearing will take place on November 16th, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in Lenox Town Hall at 6 Walker Street, Lenox, MA 01240. The petition is available in the Office of Town Clerk between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday for review or on the Town of Lenox (www.townoflenox.com) website 24/7.
