Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a further public hearing for the Special Permit petition for the property at 114 Main Street (Map 43, Parcel 80) owned by Nathan and Kathryn Winstanley in the Commercial “C” district and Residential “R-15” district to allow for the renovation of the existing building and the construction of two multi-family buildings and one mixed-use commercial building on October 7, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. The Special Permit is sought for relief from certain requirements in Section 9.1, “Multifamily and Townhouse Buildings”, in Section 7.1, “Off-Street Parking and Loading Requirement”, and for the review of compliance with Section 7.4, “Drainage and Erosion Control”. This is subject to the court ordered remand from Berkshire Superior Court Case No. 2076CV00048 (James Harwood, et al. versus the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals and Nathan and Katherine Winstanley). Log-in information will be available at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting on the Town of Lenox website (www.townoflenox.com). Comments may be submitted to the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals via landuse@townoflenox.com. Copies of the petition and other materials are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
