Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for extension of a Special Permit originally granted for the property at 107 Yokun Avenue (Map 12, Parcel 2-1), located within the Residential “R-1A” zoning district in Lenox, on December 1, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom. The original Special Permit was granted in 2017 allowing for the operation of a residential center for women with eating disorders. An extension was previously granted in 2019. Log-in information will be available at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting on the Town of Lenox website (www.townoflenox.com). Comments may be submitted to the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals via landuse@townoflenox.com. Copies of the petition and other materials are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
