Zoning Board of Appeals

Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for a Special Permit from Section 3.4 “Special Permits” and section 9.8 “Residential Inclusionary Development” of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw for the property at 1 West Street (Map 43, Parcel 14) owned by Daniel C Almgren, Trustee of the Monument Nominee Realty Trust in the Residential “R1A” district on November 4, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. The Special Permit is to allow for the renovation and addition to the existing building to create four residential units and the construction of a new building which will contain four residential apartments. Log-in information will be available at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting on the Town of Lenox website (www.townoflenox.com). Comments may be submitted to the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals via landuse@townoflenox.com. Copies of the petition and other materials are available for review in the office of Town Clerk Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on the Lenox website 24/7.
