CONTINUED - until May 15th ZBA Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that on May 15th 2024 at 7pm at the Lenox Town Hall, the Lenox ZBA will hear the petition of Michael and Elen Zaretsky for property located at 25 Brunell Ave (Map 42, Parcel 44) in the R15 Zoning District. The applicant seeks a special permit under section 5.3.3 “Non-conforming Structures” of the zoning bylaw. The proposed project consists of the addition of a music studio to the east side of the building and the addition of a foyer to the front. The application and related materials are available for review in the Office of Town Clerk during normal business hours as well as on the Town of Lenox ZBA webpage (www.townoflenox.com/zoning-board-of-appeals).
