  1. 474 Pittsfield Road, Special Permit and Site Plan Approval for 474 Pittsfield Road LLC for the demolition of the existing motel and the construction of a new motor vehicle sales building with outdoor sales.
  2. 130 Pittsfield Road, for the construction of an 87-unit hotel (Section 8.1 of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw) and 28 residential units (Section 9.8 of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw).
  3. 16 Blantyre Road modification of a Special Permit (Section 8.10 of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw) for Blantyre LLC at the property known 16 Blantyre Road (Map 4, Parcel 75) in the Residential (R1A) zoning district. The modification includes miscellaneous site plan and architectural revisions, including a realignment of the entry driveway, a new swimming pool, parking lot relocation, new entry gate, two landscape ponds, and new perimeter fencing.
