Notice is hereby given that on Monday, August 3rd at 7:00 p.m., the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Variance request for the property at 51 Willow Creek Road (Map 9, Parcel 2) owned by Willow Creek Corp in the Industrial zoning district. The Variance would allow for the replacement of the current pre-existing, non-conforming rear section and garage with a two-story addition and larger garage, maintaining the same setback from the road. If at the time of this hearing Town Hall remains closed or there remains a limit as to how many individuals may gather together at one time, this hearing will be continued or held virtually.
