Town of Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given that at 7:00 p.m. on August 2,2023 in Lenox Town Hall (6 Walker Street, Lenox, MA 01240), the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear the site plan approval request of PLH Vineyard Sky, LLC to develop a 7.5-megawatt solar tracking facility on the west side of the parcel located at 383 Housatonic Street (Map 8, Parcel 96 In the Assessors' records) located in the R-1A zoning district. The petition and a site plan are available for your review at Lenox Town Hall in the Clerk's Office during normal business hours, on the Town of Lenox website.
