Public Hearing Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals will hear the petition of Kelly Binder, Brian Binder and Doctor Sax LLC for a Special Permit under Section 8.1 of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw, “Motels, Hotels, Inns” to convert the single-family residence to an inn with a small restaurant and retail space at 35 Walker Street (Map 43, Parcel 163 in the Lenox Assessors’ Maps). This property is in the Commercial “C” zoning district. The hearing will take place on September 21st at 7:00 p.m. in Lenox Town Hall at 6 Walker Street, Lenox, MA 01240.  The petition is available in the Office of Town Clerk between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday for review or on the Town of Lenox (www.townoflenox.com) website 24/7.
