Bailey Boyd Associates, in conjunction with the Town of Lenox, is planning to apply for housing rehabilitation program funding through a Community Development Block Grant from the Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing & Livable Communities. The funding, if awarded, provides a 0% interest, deferred, forgivable loan to make critical repairs to your home.

Anticipated program start date: Fall 2024

UPDATE: Tuesday February 27th at 6pm at the LCC - Select Board Member, Marybeth Mitts, and Dawn Odell Lemon, Project Manager from the Housing Rehabilitation Program will be at the Lenox Community Center to answer any questions. Pre-application forms will be available.
