NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 5 of the Massachusetts General Laws that the Lenox Planning Board will hold a public hearing for the following proposed amendments to the Lenox Zoning Bylaw:

Replacing the current moratorium on adult use of marijuana with a zoning bylaw allowing and regulating the location and activity of marijuana establishments in Lenox;

Revising Section 5.2, Schedule of Uses, such that all marijuana businesses will be in one section.

The hearing will take place on Tuesday, February 26th, at Lenox Town Hall, 6 Walker Street, Lenox at 6:00 PM.

Copies of the proposed bylaw amendments are available at the office of the Lenox Town Clerk during regular business office hours, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday as well as on the Town of Lenox website: www.townoflenox.com/planning-board
